Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All U.S. orders are shipped from the United States, ensuring you wont pay any import tariffs.

All international orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 in value, for both US and international orders.

For orders below $100- we offer flat rate shipping at $8.

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

You will receive an email with the tracking number within 24h since your order has been shipped out.

We do not cover the cost of import charges or taxies ( if any) in the country of destination.

The shipping time is indicated at check out and varies per destination.

US order are shipped with USPS, UNI UNI or DHL, depending on destination.

International orders are shipped with Global Post.

Hong Kong orders are shipped with SF express.

 

Please note we do not reimburse the cost of shipping if the parcel has returned to us due to:

-incorrect address was provided by the customer

-customer has rejected the delivery

We are unable to ship to PO Box.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

We offer express shipping with SF express, Fedex or UPS, depending on the country of destination.

Express shipping cost and shipping time will be indicated at checkout for your destination.
